Visas and Letters of Invitation
Visas are not required for visitors from most of European Countries. For all other countries, visas are issued on a reciprocal basis. It is advisable to contact the local Irish Embassy or Consulate if you have specific questions.
If required, a personal “letter of invitation” to facilitate obtaining a visa or supporting funds for participation in the symposium can be issued by the conference secretariat (email@example.com). It should nevertheless be understood that this letter should not be considered as a commitment of the organizers to provide any financial support. This letter will be sent only to participants who have already registered.
Forms of Payment
When registering for the Quality in Endoscopy IBD & Nutrition symposium, please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments must be made in Euros. Participants may choose between the forms of payment below. We recommend payment via credit Card as this ensures immediate registration confirmation.

Confirmation of Registration
Upon receipt of the registration form and the corresponding payment, each participant will receive a confirmation (via email), which also serves as receipt. Please present this confirmation of registration at the registration desk when picking up your conference material.
Registration for industrial representatives is not possible online. Please contact the firstname.lastname@example.org for information.

Cancellations of Congress participation: Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the ESGE Secretariat. In case of cancellation by February 5, 2017 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of € 50. No refunds will be made after February 5, 2017.
Changes to the Congress programme: In the event of cancellations by speakers or other changes in the main conference program, no full or partial refund of the registration fee can be made.
